From a localized maritime challenge to a global propulsion standard.
- 2025
Groundwork & Proof of Concept
We conducted comprehensive waterway surveys across key maritime hubs, uncovering the heavy economic and environmental toll of diesel reliance on commercial fleets. In response, we built and successfully tested our first electric boat Proof of Concept (POC), validating our core drive architecture and laying the technical groundwork for modular commercial retrofits.
- 2026
R&D, Strategic Alliances & TRL-4 Breakthrough
Collaborating with leading institutions including IIT Guwahati, IMU Kolkata, and TUM Germany, we completed an intensive R&D phase to finalize our vessel-agnostic hybrid architectures. We engineered our first functional hybrid powertrain prototype and validated its mechanical and control performance in controlled environments, successfully reaching Technology Readiness Level 4 (TRL-4).
- 2027
Intelligent Integration, River Trials & Pilot before Commercial Scale
We are advancing our platform by integrating our proprietary Intelligent Energy Management System (EMS) for dynamic power routing and real-time data analytics. We are launching live river trials in high-density corridors to demonstrate real-world fuel savings, driving commercial pilot deployments through strategic partnerships with government authorities and private fleet operators.
